Kate's Kitty Jungle caters only to felines, so if your cat doesn't live with a dog at home, he or she won't have to live next to one while being boarded.

There is no stainless steel at the Kitty Jungle, either. Enclosures are crafted of warm woods, lined with sanitary formica for easy and thorough cleaning. There are several sizes and types of enclosures, some better suited to elderly or shy vacationers, others to the "wild ones" among us! All, however, are multi-level, providing for mobility and exercise and allowing each cat to eat and sleep on different levels and away from his or her litterpan. We also have several maxi-enclosures so that multi-cat household friends (up to 4) can live and sleep and play together just like at home.

The light and airy rooms at the Kitty Jungle boast windows with perches for birdwatching and plenty of climbing furniture. Those cats who are of a mind to are allowed a "free play" period each day to run and climb to their heart's content. Single boarders will have the playroom all to themselves; members of multi-cat households will be allowed to play together.

Visiting hours are 9:00am to 10:30am and 6:00pm to 8:00pm Mondays through Fridays. Midday visits are Mon.-Thurs. by appointment only. Come by for a visit. You will see why Kate's Kitty Jungle will be your cat's favorite place next to home!
